Alongside its restoration activities, COO.BE.C. has always provided planning and cataloguing services, the programmed maintenance of works of art, and the analysis and experimentation of new restoration technologies often working with national research organisations (C.N.R, E.N.E.A), universities, and public-private institutions. During the last seismic events in Umbria, COO.BE.C. gathered, disinfested, and protected the most important works of art from local museums and 3000 works of art from other areas damaged by the earthquakes, thanks to it climate-controlled, modern storage facilities. Recently it has restored Benozzo Gozzoli's fresco in Montefalco and Gentile da Fabriano's fresco in Palazzo Trinci in Foligno, and the Crocifisso di S. Damiano and altar piece of Saint Claire in the basilica of the same name in Assisi. Since 1996 COO.BE.C. has also been restoring historical books and documents.
