MARINELLI S.P.A. builds and manages all types of civil and industrial buildings and constructs roads and associated projects. We manage garages that lease car parking spaces. Our company's stock capital is euro 4.947.000,00 with entirely paid-up shares. We have been doing business in the real estate sector since the 1960's, becoming a joint-stock company in 1986. The company is managed by a board of directors, chaired by Mr. Gianni Marinelli.

Amongst our numerous construction projects, we have completed a series of educational institutes in the regions of Naples, Rome, Terni and Perugia, including the "Alessi" and the "Capitini" with the Convention Centre annex. Recently we built the headquarters for the Uffici Finanziari of Perugia, the largest shopping centre in Terni - "Pianeta Cospea", the new police headquarters in Perugia, the academy for the State Police of Spoleto, and a number of real estate developments, including: the Centri Direzionali of Perugia on Via Mario Angeloni, "IL PANORAMA 1 e 2" in Madonna Alta, "LE FORNACI" in San Marco.
